Naples, Florida located in Collier County is located on the Gulf of Mexico and is considered to be one of the premier vacation, beach and year round communities in the United States. Naples is known for its white sandy beaches, golf courses, water sports, boating and the best weather in the United States during the cold winter months. There is excellent shopping and dining downtown at 5 th Avenue, the Waterside Shops on 41, the Coastland Mall and the Mercato Shops in North Naples. Naples is the only town in the country to have two Five Star Ritz Carltons- one on The Beach and Tiburon Golf Resort.

There is a new Four Seasons under construction, as well as the Naples Grande Hotel. The Naples Pier Downtown is an excellent destination. There are outstanding beach access points for residents: Delnor Wiggins Pass, Vanderbilt Beach, Clam Pass, and Bonita Beach to name several. The high schools are exceptional: Naples High, Barron Collier, Gulf Coast, and Lely are four of the public high schools. The housing market is very strong in Naples. Over the past several decades it has trended from a winter getaway to year round family living. There are all different price point houses and condos starting in the $200,000’s upwards of $75,000,000 downtown. It is a wonderful place to live.
