Michael opened his firm in the early 1990’s in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. He achieved the highest ranking residential designation SRA with the Appraisal Institute out of Chicago. He has been a State Certified appraiser since the early 1990’s. He has taken thousands of hours of education and appraisal classes. Mike has appraised the largest, most expensive homes throughout the Metro New York market including homes in the Hamptons and Gold Coast of Long Island.
His assignments included 40,000+ SF waterfront estates on the North Shore of Nassau County, oceanfront estates on the South Shore of Suffolk County and oceanfront homes throughout the Hamptons. Mike’s very experienced in the high-end New York City coop/condo and townhouse market. He is consistently called upon for his experience for property worth tens of millions of dollars. His client base includes major private banking institutions, celebrities, actors, professional athletes, news media, foreign consulates and general purchasers. Three decades of experience has made his firm very skilled in every neighborhood from Manhattan to Montauk.
Our appraisers generally work in areas that they have grown up or live in and know their local markets. Mike has a degree in Finance from the University of South Florida, he grew up in New York City and resides on the North Shore of Long Island and he was a resident in the Hamptons for two decades. He has good understanding of the East End market.
